Solution & Approach
I built and deployed a fully automated AI Voice Agent using Retell, Make.com, and direct API integrations. The system instantly calls every new lead as soon as a web form is submitted or a new contact appears in the CRM. The AI speaks naturally (with a witty, professional tone or even a cloned company voice), asks dynamic qualification questions based on form inputs, and scores each lead. Qualified prospects are offered real-time calendar booking, with appointments pushed directly to the sales team’s calendar. The agent can transfer calls to a human or another AI specialist as needed. All call data, transcripts, and lead scores are sent back to the CRM for tracking.
